Barry works with business leaders and teams from global organisations that seek to invent the future, rather than fearing it. His background in the startup world has given him a special perspective when it comes to helping enterprises innovate on their business models, product development, organisational design and cultural transformation process.
Barry is a co-author of the bestseller Lean Enterprise: How High Performance Organisations Innovate at Scale, a sought-after keynote speaker, and frequent contributor to The Economist, Strategy+Business and MIT Sloan Management Review.
He is a faculty member at Singularity University, advising on executive and accelerator programs. He is also the founder of ExecCamp, an entrepreneurial experience for executives.
